Hey everyone! Hard boiling eggs can be intimidating, so I am sharing my fail safe method. Start by putting your eggs in a sauce pan, then add cold water to the eggs until they are submerged under an inch of water. Add one tablespoon of baking soda, place on the stove and turn heat to high. Bring water to a boil then continue to boil for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, cover the pan, turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
After the eggs sit for 10 minutes, take the pan off the burner and run eggs under cool running water. Once the eggs are cooled, roll your eggs lightly on the counter to crack the shell, run under water and peel. The shell should come off clean. This is a great method if you are making deviled eggs and need to have perfect egg whites. Good luck hard boiling your eggs everyone! Thanks for cooking with me!
